Shipping Policy

Pre-Order
Issue Nº 01 of Leblue is currently available as a pre-order.
All pre-orders will ship in early April.

If your order includes this issue, it will be dispatched once the magazine becomes available. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note that due to the limited and independent nature of our print run, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not possible.

EU Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once available and dispatched according to the selected shipping method. Clients will receive tracking details via email once the order has shipped.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping (UK / US and Outside EU)
For customers located outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and the United States, shipping fees are higher and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.

Leblue is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns
Due to the independent and limited production of Leblue Magazine, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lebluemag.com within 7 days of delivery.
